A day at the museum at the Library

Our library has a great summer program. We went this week and learned about artists and their art.

First we looked at their art.

And studied different pieces of art.

Then we got to try out some art projects in their style.

First we tried a Picasso.

Then we tried a Mondrian.

Lastly, we tried to paint with texture like Van Gogh.

These were the resulting masterpieces.
